The Alchemist Lab is a school of practical philosophy, transformational coaching, and inner development. It is a horizontal community of individuals walking their own paths of self-discovery, developing consciousness through deep understanding of themselves, the psyche, and the laws of life. It offers theoretical knowledge, as well as practices and tools supporting movement toward wholeness, harmony, and autonomous authorship of one’s life.

Welcome to The Alchemist Lab. My name is Mischa. I am a transformational coach and metamodern alchemist who combines ancient wisdom with modern perspectives to promote a more authentic way of being - one grounded in inner autonomy and integrity, supported by cultivating a strong meta-position. If you feel constrained by conventional frameworks and are ready to question familiar patterns of living, this is the right place for you.
As an individual, I pursue an alternative lifestyle in harmony with nature. As an eco-conscious vegan, I live a minimalist life filled with slow travel and the beauty of imperfection, viewed through the lens of Wabi-Sabi philosophy and aesthetics.
Above all, I love learning — expanding my understanding of myself and the world in every direction available to me. There is virtually no field of knowledge I find inherently uninteresting.
I hold a Ph.D. and identify as a non-believer. However, I continuously expand my understanding of human development and theories of consciousness by studying a wide range of disciplines — from mainstream and academic fields (such as neuroscience, crisis psychology, coaching theories, and Jungian thought) to contemporary evidence-based frameworks (including IFS and transpersonal research), as well as alternative and non-ordinary perspectives (e.g., quantum-inspired psychological models, shamanic traditions, and other exploratory approaches). I also have many years of experience exploring my own inner processes and the deeper layers of my psyche.
I come from a totalitarian country, a toxic social environment, and an abusive family system, and spent almost 25 years living with the consequences of complex trauma without receiving the quality of help I needed from conventional systems or finding much understanding in the society around me — an experience shared by many people affected by profound trauma.
Much of my adult life therefore became an exercise in reconstruction: searching independently for knowledge that could explain what I was experiencing, understanding the underlying mechanisms, building coherent systems from what I learned, and testing whether those systems actually worked in practice. Eventually, this also meant leaving my country and building a life abroad virtually from scratch.
Deep theoretical understanding, the ability to see the larger structure, and the discipline to translate knowledge into action have always been central to this process. Much of what I now teach was not acquired as abstract knowledge: it was learned through necessity, tested against lived experience, and transformed into practical frameworks.
My own inner work has never stopped. I remain as much a practitioner as a teacher, and at present my path is increasingly moving towards non-dual perception.
You can bring me any story. You do not need to be a “good victim”, a saint, or morally impeccable. Very little shocks me, and I do not moralise. My work is to understand the structure of what is happening and, however deep the destructive pattern may run, to find a viable path towards harmony.

Authenticity: This involves three essential components: a solid grasp of theory, extensive practice with real clients, and personal embodiment of the principles I teach. It is intrinsic because a guide can only lead you to where they themselves have already been. Throughout my studies, I’ve consistently supplemented theoretical knowledge with practical experience, working closely with real clients and myself. This approach has enabled me to master the skills I employ today.
Evidence-based approach: This involves integrating rigorous scientific knowledge and expertise with real-life experience, allowing me to work directly with individuals rather than relying solely on research averages. By prioritizing methods that yield tangible outcomes over mere suppositions, I ensure practical effectiveness.
Deep health: This approach involves integrating all six dimensions of health, recognizing their interconnectedness. By viewing individuals as integral and inseparable beings, we promote overall thriving and coherence in thoughts, feelings, actions, and results.
Privacy: I work within a strong ethical code and keep your data fully confidential.
Clarity: I explain complex and philosophical concepts in a clear and easy-to-understand manner, making transformation more accessible, without oversimplifying or dumbing them down.
Inclusivity: I welcome individuals of all backgrounds, identities, cultures, and orientations. My work is open to anyone who resonates with the principles of self-inquiry, depth, and inner autonomy. While this path is not for everyone in terms of readiness, it is never limited by personal demographics.
